The brief
For over a decade, Prime TPS has been the field operator behind Puerto Rico's major carriers and utilities. The work that has to survive a hurricane doesn't go to the lowest bidder. It comes to us.

Site Build & Hurricane Recovery
New cell site builds, decommissions, and full network restoration after major weather events. Mobilization in days, not weeks.
Fiber & OSP
Outside-plant fiber installation, splicing, and certification. Aerial, underground, directional boring, GPON, and high-density distribution.
Wireless & Microwave
Microwave radio installs, antenna alignment, RF engineering, line sweeps, and PIM testing for licensed and unlicensed bands.
DC Power Systems
Rectifier systems, battery banks, and AC/DC distribution — the telecom DC plant that keeps radios and transport alive. Designed, installed, and load-tested by the same crew.
Test & Measurement
OTDR, spectrum analysis, antenna and cable analysis, ground testing, and certification. We bring the instruments and the operator.
Structured Cabling
Copper drops, inside fiber to the racks, IP telephony, and certification reporting — where the outside plant terminates into the equipment.

Every carrier network ends in a room: an equipment shelter at the base of a tower, a power room in a central office, a datacenter behind a utility's operations floor. We build those rooms end to end — civil, electrical, and network — under one contract.

Backup Power
UPS, generators, and automatic transfer switches sized for the outages Puerto Rico actually has — not the ones the spec sheet imagines.

Most contractors in the Caribbean treat hurricane recovery as an exception. For Prime TPS, it's a planned operating mode. Our trucks, tools, OSHA certifications, and field crews exist because storms happen and the network has to come back.
